These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.stockstatistics.ai and the StockStatistics.ai dashboard available at app.stockstatistics.ai (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

StockStatistics.ai provides financial market statistics, historical data analysis, seasonality studies, market breadth indicators, charting tools, educational content, and AI-generated analytical reports and insights. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription as described on our Pricing page and in our Digital Product Policy.

3. Informational Purposes Only — No Investment Advice

All content, data, statistics, analyses, reports, and insights provided through the Service — whether produced by our analytical models, third-party data providers, or artificial intelligence systems — are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, investment research, financial consultancy, a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency, commodity, or other financial instrument. We are not a licensed investment advisor, broker, or dealer. No content is tailored to the individual circumstances, objectives, or risk profile of any user. Users bear sole and exclusive responsibility for their own investment decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment.

4. Risk Warning

Trading and investing in financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of the entire invested capital. Past performance, historical statistics, and seasonal patterns are not indicative of future results. There is no guarantee that the information, analyses, statistics, or strategies presented on the Service will lead to profitable outcomes.

The purpose of our Service is to provide users with quantitative metrics to study and measure, in as much detail as possible, how markets have behaved throughout past history. All metrics are produced with scientific and mathematical rigor; however, this does not constitute any guarantee or prediction of the future: financial markets, by their very nature, price in uncertainty. Sound financial education also comes from an awareness of how risky markets have proven to be in the past. Our mission is to raise the level of financial awareness and education among the public through quantitative methods.

5. AI-Generated Content

Portions of the Service — including analytical reports, market summaries, daily insights, and the interactive assistant — are generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence systems ("AI Content"). By using the Service you acknowledge that:

AI Content is produced automatically, without individual human review, and may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or statements that appear plausible but are incorrect;
AI Content is generic informational material and does not constitute investment advice, investment research, or personalized recommendations of any kind;
the interactive assistant is an automated AI system, not a human operator;
you should independently verify any information before relying on it;
we disclaim all liability for decisions made in reliance on AI Content.

6. Market Data

Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party providers. Data is delayed — typically by at least 15 minutes — and is not suitable for real-time trading decisions. While we take reasonable care in selecting our data providers, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and cannot be held responsible for errors, inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions in the data provided.

7. Accounts and Acceptable Use

To access subscription features you must create an account, provide accurate information, and keep your credentials confidential. You further agree that:

accounts are personal and may not be shared; the Service enforces a limit of one active device per account;
usage of certain features may be subject to fair-use quotas (e.g., number of distinct instruments analyzed within a period), as indicated in the Service;
you will not access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers), extract or bulk-download data, reverse engineer any part of the Service, resell or redistribute content or data, or circumvent technical restrictions, quotas, or subscription tiers;
we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Subscriptions, Trials, Cancellation

Subscription terms, free trials, billing, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by our Digital Product Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, statistics, databases, analyses, graphics, design, software, and trademarks — is the property of Stockstatistics.ai or its licensors and is protected under copyright, database, and intellectual property laws. Any copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, or commercial exploitation without our express written consent is strictly prohibited. Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use by subscribed and authorized users. Violations will be prosecuted under applicable law.

10. Availability and Changes to the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance, or modify, add, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the value of an active paid subscription, affected users will be informed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim any and all liability for direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service — including financial losses resulting from reliance on any information, data, statistics, or AI Content provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, is always available on this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable European Union regulations.
