AI TRANSPARENCY NOTICE
Last updated: July 18, 2026
StockStatistics.ai uses artificial intelligence to enhance its market analysis services. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the "AI Act") and in the spirit of full transparency towards our users, this notice explains where and how AI is used on our platform.
1. Where We Use AI
The following features are generated in whole or in part by artificial intelligence:
-
AI Reports and analyses — automated analytical reports on instruments, sectors, and market conditions;
-
Market insights and summaries — daily market breadth headlines, snapshots, and commentary;
-
Interactive AI assistant — the conversational assistant available within the dashboard;
-
Automated market content — periodic market briefings published on our website and related channels.
All AI-powered features are clearly labeled as such within the Service at the point of use.
2. How Our Technology Is Structured
Our platform combines two distinct layers:
-
Proprietary analytical engines. All numerical data, statistics, indicators, and quantitative signals shown on the platform are computed by our own proprietary engines, developed in-house. These engines are deterministic, rule-based software applying transparent statistical formulas to market data: given the same data, they always produce the same result. They do not constitute AI systems within the meaning of the AI Act.
-
Generative AI (third-party models). The natural-language layer — reports, summaries, insights, and the interactive assistant — is powered by general-purpose AI models from established providers, currently Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and Perplexity, accessed via their commercial APIs.
In short: the numbers come from our deterministic engines; AI is used to describe, summarize, and contextualize them in natural language.
3. You Always Know When You Are Talking to an AI
The interactive assistant on our platform is an automated AI system, not a human operator. It is identified as such in its interface. Responses are generated in real time by AI and are not individually reviewed by a human before being shown to you.
4. Limitations of AI Content
AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or statements that sound plausible but are incorrect. AI Content on this platform:
-
is provided for informational and educational purposes only;
-
does not constitute investment advice, investment research, or personalized recommendations;
-
should be independently verified before being relied upon;
-
reflects data available at generation time and may not reflect subsequent market developments.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for the complete disclaimers that apply.
5. No Automated Decision-Making About You
We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning users. Subscription access, pricing, and account management are not determined by AI systems.
6. Your Data and AI
When you interact with AI features (for example, by sending a message to the assistant), your query is transmitted to our AI infrastructure partners solely for the purpose of generating the response. We do not authorize the use of your queries for training third-party AI models. For details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
